Overgrown gardens, self-set scrub, old hedge lines and whole development plots taken back to workable ground and cleared away — with the nesting-bird, protected-species and TPO checks done properly, so the job doesn't get stopped halfway.

The stump ground out below ground level, the roots chased back, and a bed of chippings left where the problem used to be. So you can turf it, plant it, pave it or build on it — and forget it was ever there.
